went to this last thursday with my hillariously bad luck ridden new flat mate...we got pizza after and watched beauty and the geek..pretty sure we both popped blood vessles laughing at that shit. looking forward to this thursday's episode. On a slightly more hi brow note, the show at Lo-Fi was curated by sydders tattoo artist Josh Roelink, he asked 25 tattoo artists to put forward works that explored their idea of mortality...awesome theme cause there was loads of skulls and some really great justifications of the theory behind the work. Rad space too.

went to the rock and roll markets last week.. had some beers, saw some bands and these guys. They looked so handsome and sharp..bringing real style to the men of sydders. The man behind the name; Donnie Hawley has opened a men-only barber with straight razor shaves, cuts, hot towels and playboy mags in St.Peters. Go get handsome.

the madmen jimbob and grayson set up this space on easy street melbs. it's ah may zing. they totes climbed mt.cleverest. they look after volcom in vicco and south aus,... and what a great job they do. totes, they are also good at dancing at the boat wreck when in sydders. some of my drawings are framed waiting patiently for the wall and i couldn't be happier. have a party jimbob, grayson can break dance.

an ode to ablett

went to melbs for the long weekend + 1 day...these three muppets made sure i was winning, just like they are. I was taught that winning is a constant state and that it is better than being the winner. I was also taught about Garry Abletts, this is a melbs tipple involving a pot of almost to the top beer, espresso shot and sugar. more pics to come...

highly recommended...especially for rad sayings you can say after watching. If i was rich, i'd buy a house with a pool, some dolphins and ride em round in tuxedos all day. I learnt a bit of maori from bro, I can say: tardingas (ears), mimmi (wee), tekor (poo), poku (belly) and I made up my own one: tartikianu (many meanings, mostly bye/don't be a tighty/leave it out/awesome...its all in the inflection).

NB: spelling may be way fucken off on my maori.
